Features of the Acomat Series

Control cabinet

  • Simple and safe operation via 5.7" touch panel and push button function

  • Selection of all press parameters by recipe management
  • Display of maintenance status and all error messages
  • Display of all information on the current operating status
  • Memory for material-dependent setups (user recipes)
  • Automatic and manual operation
  • Event monitor
  • Remote diagnosis
  • Standard system language German and English, other languages available on request
  • Control cabinet heating as standard equipment for Albamat 600V5 and 800V5 (Albamat 500V5 optional)

Vertical stamp

  • Removes jammed material (especially bulky and pre-compressed material) from the cutting area between the knife bar and the press plunger
  • Pressing force: 14 t (140 kN)
  • Easy to service and maintain
  • Standard equipment on Acomat 615H4 (optionally available for Acomat 400H3)

Channel adjustment

  • Channel adjustment - 3 sides, hydraulic-automatic, 4 working cylinder (Acomat 400H3 equipped with 1 working cylinder)

  • Long operating times due to robust design
  • Fine control through parameter sets in the channel menu

Tying

  • Acomat 615 H4: 4-fold automatic horizontal wire tying
  • Acomat 615 H4: 3-fold automatic horizontal wire tying
  • Suitable for wire thicknesses from 3.1 to 3.8 mm
  • Service-friendly and reliable twist unit with powerful drill motor
  • Easy access via safety doors for cleaning and maintenance
  • Automatic lance machine arranged parallel to the machine for locations with low space requirement (optional)

Mobile

  • Mobile hook lift holder for standard hook lift vehicles (height of the hook lift holder can be adjusted to Scandinavian hook lift vehicles by simply turning the hook)
  • Transport rollers allow the baler to be easily moved by forklift trucks, for example.
  • Lower frame with carrier for hook lift transport
  • No special soil conditions required (e.g. concrete foundations)
